Happy 5 Month Birthday, Tabitha!

On February 28, Tabitha turned 5 months old!  It is hard to believe, but wanted to do a special post for her and the things she is doing.

Tabitha is using her hands well and enjoys always holding something or another ... usually chewing on it at the same time.  She is very excited when she is given something "new" to hold. 

One of her favorite things is attention, to have someone talk to her, or to watch her brother and sisters as they play.  Today, for example, as Tabitha was laying on the floor, she enjoyed watching Jeremiah jump off of the couch over and over.  Elizabeth begs to change Tabitha's diaper and often does so!

  

 

 Another of Tabitha's favorite activities is our weekly gym time on Thursdays.  She smiles like crazy and watches as the men run around playing basketball and the kids, too as they laugh and play.

 And finally, Tabitha likes to eat.  Here, she is enjoying some rice cereal, but as with our other kids, she has had some tastes of "real" food and that is what she really wants!  The other day, we let her taste a pretzel, and she got mad when it broke because it was so soggy and she could no longer suck on it!
