Today has been our mosy productive day, yet! One of the teenagers in the congregation here very kindly kept the kids for about three hours for us this morning! We got lots done during this time. Then, this afternoon, all three kids took naps at the same time!
We decided to try to get done packing and load tomorrow (the truck is reserved and coming). If we don't do that, then our truck, ABF won't pick up the truck until Tuesday because of the holiday. We'll have to see if we can get it all loaded in time for them to pick the truck back up. If we can't get it all done tomorrow, then ABF will let us keep the truck over the weekend ... no problem ... but we'd rather get done.
Tonight, we had a very enjoyable time with some friends in the congregation here. Tim and Jackie Spivey had us over for dinner and another family, Branyon and Alana May came
as well! The food was GREAT and the company very enjoyable. We have really enjoyed the company and frindship with both of these families. We have been close with the Spiveys especially ... we took care of their little girl, Naomi from about the time that she was 8 or 9 months old until she was almost 2 years old (shortly before Jeremiah was born). She came over for 2-3 days each week for a few hours each day. She and our girls have really enjoyed each other! My girls were always so excited when Naomi came over to play! We have a few pics from tonight that I'll try to load when I can.
So, we've had a good day so far ... more packing yet to do. I'm not sure when I'll next be able to update the blog, but I'll let you know what is going on as I can! Thanks for reading!
