Yesterday was wild ... as I said before, we decided to try to get the truck loaded. The truck didn't actually arrive until almost 11:00! And they told us we had to be finished by 2:30 or 3:00! Long story short, we finished loading at 4:20 and they arrived to pick-up at 4:30! BUT, we wouldn't have finished except that we had about 14 students from the Southwest school who VERY generously surrendered their lunch break to help. We lined them up like a bucket briggaide and they handed boxes out one after the other! It was great. We are so glad the truck is finished.
Today, we are going through the stuff that is left in the house ... giving away some ... throwing away a lot ... and getting some boxed to go in the pick-up or the car. Troy got some of his plants ready to go today, too.
Whenever we are finished here, we'll travel to see Troy's family in east Texas for a couple of days and then head up to Kansas City! At least we can see the progress a little better, now. :) Thanks for reading!
